1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

• Standard delivery charges apply to all orders
• shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location
• Final shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3 to 6 business days based on the locations

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all states inside India.

No International Shipping

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer support at chat@brownybrown.in for assistance.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please notify us within 1 day of delivery with photos of the package and items.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement or refund.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns.

Refunds or replacements will be considered for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect.

8. Wrong Address/Not Received

If you enter the wrong address during the order process, only partial cancellation is possible, and courier charges will be deducted. To change the address, an additional fee of ₹90 will apply.
Incase if parcel not received and returned to browny brown address, then delivery + return charges will be detected
